BOOKING

Regarding your booking the legal capacity is required as well as making sure that all the information you provide to us is true and accurate such as email and phone number.

We have the right to cancel your booking in case invalid details provided.

Lateness & Cancellations

Please let us know if you are running late for your booking. We can only hold a table for up to 15 minutes after the reservation time.

If you need to cancel your booking either reply to your booking confirmation email or preferably please give us a call at least an hour prior to the time of your booking.

We might also apply further booking terms and conditions during busy schlüsseldienst bad cannstatt seasonal periods; Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, the festive seasons during November and December.

We will announce these terms on our website or with our newsletters stated at the point of booking.

GROUP BOOKING

We may need for pre-order for parties with 10 + people
Deposits will be required for larger bookings and events

Credit card details may be required at seasonal periods for group bookings to secure your table.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase and can be used in any of the La Piola.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and should be redeemed as the total amount at one time for Groupon and any other local promotions we conduct.

Mutilated, damaged or defaced vouchers cannot be exchanged.

No liability will be accepted for the replacement or refund of lost, stolen or destroyed vouchers

PERMITTED & NO PERMITTED

Smoking is not permitted inside the Venue.

Dogs are permitted inside the Venues. (Provided they are well behaved )

Any food & drinks that have not been prepared by our team members is permitted at La Piola . The exceptions such as the Birthday cakes & baby food can be allowed provided you confirm the liability for them.

We do not prohibit of cameras or recording devices, but some customers may not be willing to pictured or recorded due to their own privacy which will be informing you and we ask that you respect these.
